Available sizes vary from product to product. The smallest item we sell is XS, and the largest is 3XL.

How much does delivery cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on various factors including items purchased, quantity of items and the region to which your items are to be shipped. You will be given a total shipping amount at checkout before you pay for your purchase.
Can I upgrade my delivery?
Currently, we only operate with a single Standard Shipping option.
How long can I expect my delivery to take?
We aim to have orders ready to ship within 2-7 working days. Once your order has shipped, it should arrive within 5 working days depending on the delivery destination. We ask that you please allow a minimum of two weeks for your order to arrive.
Can/how do I track my delivery?
You can track your delivery at any time by contacting us at email@example.com, quoting your order number in the subject header. We may also provide a tracking number, where applicable, to be used with the carrier handling your delivery.
Does my delivery need to be signed for?
Your delivery does not need to be signed for.
I want to cancel my delivery (not yet arrived), what do I do?
If you would like to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number, and upon cancellation you will receive a full refund.
I want to return my delivered purchase, what do I do?
You may return any purchase to us within 14 days of the order having been delivered. You will then have a further 14 days to return the item(s) to the specified return address (please note - this is a different address to the one on your shipping label). Once the item(s) has been received by us, we can issue a refund.
What is your refund policy?
If you would like a refund, you must contact us by email () within 14 days of having received your order, quoting your order number in the subject header. Refunds will only be processed upon the successful return of the product, and provided that the product has not been damaged/altered/changed.
