This warm and durable crew neck sweatshirt is a great pick to keep you warm in the colder months. Pre-shrunk and classic fit, this sweater is made with air-jet spun yarn to keep a soft feel and reduced pilling.

This product is made from 50% cotton and 50% polyester. Pre-shrunk and classic fit with no center crease. 1x1 athletic rib knit collar with spandex, and double-needle stitched collar, shoulders, armholes, cuffs and hem. Fabric weight is 8.0oz/y² or 271.25 g/m².
We use the latest direct-to-garment (DTG) printing technology to offer a wide variety of printable garments and design color options. We use high-quality inks that won't fade for a long time if taken care of properly.
Keep in mind that the original manufacturer's care instructions don't take into consideration the DTG printing process. So we suggest following the care instructions on this page to learn how to take care of your printed garments properly.
Printed apparel can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. You shouldn't use any fabric softeners or dry-clean the items.
DTG-printed apparel can be tumble-dried on a low cycle, but hang-dry works best. When it comes to ironing, use cool iron inside-out. Don't iron the print.
Follow these instructions carefully to avoid fading and cracking of the print, and shrinking the garment that can occur if you wash or dry it on a high setting.

I want to cancel my delivery (not yet arrived), what do I do?
If you would like to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number, and upon cancellation you will receive a full refund.
If your order has already been shipped, you'll need to send it back to the return address on the packing slip within 14 days of delivery. Once the item has been returned to us your refund will be processed.
I want to return my delivered purchase, what do I do?
You may return any purchase to us within 14 days of the order having been delivered. You will then have a further 14 days to return the item(s) to the specified return address (please note - this is a different address to the one on your shipping label). Once the item(s) has been received by us, we can issue a refund.
What is your refund policy?
If you would like a refund, you must contact us by email (email@example.com) within 14 days of having received your order, quoting your order number in the subject header. Refunds will only be processed upon the successful return of the product, and provided that the product has not been damaged/altered/changed.
